At Cosy Fires, we pride ourselves in offering a FREE* one-man delivery service to all mainland UK postcodes within 7-10 days.
Our “Free Delivery” is a one-man service. The goods will arrive on a lorry. (Please let us know in advance if you have restricted access or other local issues that could affect delivery).
The lorry has a tail lift that allows the driver to get the item(s) off the vehicle. The order will be packed and secured onto a pallet and the driver will have a pallet truck. He’ll be able to wheel this as close as possible to your property/garage at your request. The pallet truck can only be wheeled over a finished surface so it’s not possible to wheel it over a gravelled drive, steps, steep slopes for example. The pallets are normally about 1m wide so this is the minimum width gate they can fit through. Please note that the driver is not insured to unpack or carry the item(s) into your house.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming that goods are on the way.
We will do our best to supply specific arrangements for your order, which will be confirmed in your dispatch email after we have booked your pallet with the carrier.
We endeavour to deliver all items within the above timeframes however in the case of disruption such as bank holidays, bad weather, strikes etc we will keep you as informed as possible on any changes. You can always call our office for an update 01303 311048.

You can decide to return unused goods to us for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund only. No exchanges. Please contact us for our full returns address details before sending goods back.
To cancel your order, notify us by email: [email protected] or by calling 01303 311048 within 14 days of receipt. You must return goods within 14 days of notifying us about your return.
The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you even if the products have not reached your address, and unless they are delivered damaged, faulty, or not as described.
Your right to cancel your order within 14 days will not apply to any products we have made or custom made specifically for you.
A full refund of the amount paid will be given as soon as possible after an order is cancelled and goods are returned to us, which are then checked over by our team.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and your actions result in damage or deterioration, we may charge for the reduction in value.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
